Coming shortly after Hip-Hop’s 39th birthday, this month’s Uniquity channels the grimy, show and prove attitude of the Sedgwick Avenue apartment building battles and rooftop cyphers with an opening commencement by New Orleans Battle Zone freestyler/lyricist New Era and special guest sets by L’Daialogue Dicaprio (L.A./Memphis), Whygee (Denver), Raleigh/Durham natives/State of The Art touring artists (Kaj Kadence, Wreck-n-Crew, Young Free, Sarah Kaboom, Chris Millz).

Unofficially coined the “Spittas Edition,” this installment of Uniquity features three of the city’s most touted and versatile emcees. Witty West Coast lyricist, Cailobzvr (Kah-lee Uhb-zur-ver), the gruff yet proficient Spitraw and tenured freestyle battle champ/featured artist, Billsberry Flowboy all join band, Fo On the Flo for performances in addition to DJ Skratchmo on the 1s & 2s throughout the night.
