New Orleans-based emcees Harn SOLO and Lyriqs da Lyraciss present the Ben Simmons-directed music video for “The Grind”, the title track from their collaboration album, produced largely by NOLA HipHop Award-winning producer Pro Prospek. SOLO has three albums under his belt - The Awakening, SOLO 3.0 and Reaching Higher, and has collaborated with NOLA talent like Dappa, Cracktracks and Nadiyah Skyy. Lyriqs has opened onstage for Raekwon, Mickey Factz, Tyga, Stalley, Mac Miller, and the duo recently opened for the Wu-Ta ng Clan. The album track “Wild West” features 2011 NOLA HipHop Award Album Of The Year winnerLyrikill, who says “this Solo & Lyriqs album is the heat rock. One of the best together projects I’ve heard in a minute.” Of the project, SOLO says “Knowing I have friends as talented as Lyriqs and Pro Prospek, I had to record #TheGrind album. Even if I didn’t have enough time or money, I was going to find a way to make it happen.”
