Quan first entered a lot of rap fans’ consciousness when he appeared on Nas’ Streets Disciple track “Just A Moment.” Since then, the Virginia native has stayed on his grind and has recently been releasing music and videos at a feverish pace; and now he’s back with a brand new mixtape.
