Que Records Inks North American Distribution Deal with EMI Label Services
New York, NY—June 1st, 2010, New York City: Que Records has entered into an exclusive distribution deal with EMI Label Services that is designed to maximize the exposure and sales for artists under the Que Records umbrella. The first act signed to Que Records is the sophomore album from platinum-selling Hip Hop artist Huey, to be released later this year on Que as a joint venture with Huey’s label, OMG Media. Under the new deal, Que Records will develop, and release albums in a variety of genres.
Platinum Selling Hip Hop Artist Huey is first release
Huey is a talented young St. Louis-born artist best known for his chart-topping hit “Pop Lock and Drop It,” which was a top 3 single on the [category] Billboard charts and has been blowing up the charts in the rap scene ever since. His new album is titled, “Redemption,” and the first single is “Smile and Wave” featuring Dorrough. Other guest artists featured on the album include Colby O’Donis.
