Close to one million copies of Tha Carter IV sold in its first-week hasn’t made hip-hop’s hardest working MC relax at all. Lil Wayne is already recording his next album. While the next two Carter albums (CV and CVI) and a sequel to Rebirth are definitely coming down the pipeline in the future, Young Money president Mack Maine says Weezy is focused on group efforts right now.
“The next project he’s working on is I Can’t Feel My Face with [Juelz Santana],” Maine told XXLMag.com over the phone. “Elz is talented man. He’s a young legend. [Wayne’s] back working in the studio. He has that and the Young Money album.”

Jadakiss is in no hurry to release his next LP, Top Five Dead or Alive. The beloved Yonkers vet tells XXLMag.com that he’s biding his time, instead tiding fans over with an abundance of guest verses on songs from a long list of hip-hop and R&B heavyweights, as well as a new installment of his The Champ is Here mixtape series with DJ Green Lantern.

Here’s a new track from “Take Care” called “Club Paradise”. It’s sounds pretty good. Take Care might be the album of the year. Sophomore jinx is highly unlikely.

With close to two months before Drake delivers Take Care, the Young Money star is currently putting the final touches on his highly anticipated sophomore album.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the Toronto-native gave some details on what fans can expect on the October 24 release date—which also happens to be Drake’s 25th birthday.
Drizzy says he plans to have two versions of the CD, one regular version and another special birthday version with plenty of bonus tracks.

Drake answered the question cleverly, stating that he is neutral. How does President Carter feel about this? Will he pull a Curtis Jackson and say that Drake’s need to ride or die with him no matter what?

This is the early version of the All of The Lights (remix), it is not completely mastered yet. Kanye may do a different verse and rumor has it that Jay-Z maybe on the final version. By the way, Drake killed it.

This is not about Drake, btw. Some Canadian artist is taking criticizing their whole system and taking it to task for the lack of Canadian artist success. He goes in on it. And I quote..
“THE PHONIES
The Problem – Much like their American counterparts, the problem is them. Everything they stand for (if there’s anything at all), their message (if their is one) and their overall corniness. The difference between the Canadian and the American phonies is money. Where the American phonies have large budgets and access to big name producers, the Canadian phonies tend to look like broke down versions of Radiohead and Rihanna. Their attempts at mainstream success are feeble and are usually met with laughter and general “I feel sorry for you-ness”. They are viewed across the country and even sometimes around the world (again, thanks to the internet) as absolute cornballs. Unfortunately for them and us, the Canadian majors usually see them as being marketable and this is what the rest of the world sees. Whatever money is available gets invested into these dummies and, of course, they fail miserably.
The Solution – Go fuck yourselves.”
