Ja3Mik3 : What/Who inspired you to be a model?
Jernie : I’m not sure if there is any one instance or any one person who inspired me to want to become a model. I think it was just one of those things I tried, I liked& so I continue to do it.
Ja3Mik3: I feel that, When did you know you could be a model?
Jernie : Actually I was insecure as a young child due to certain circumstances, but once I got older & began to grow &mature, let’s just say it was pretty clear to me that I had “IT” lol
Ja3mik3 : Cosign on the “It” (Clears throat) Umm..lol.. What do you see when you look at pictures of yourself from a recent photo-shoot?
Jernie : You know what, when I look at recent photos of myself from new shoots, I can see hints of myself transforming, I feel like my photos are growing with me in the sense that they get better as I move forward.
Ja3Mik3: Your photos are very eclectic, they are glamour shots but conceptual shots. I can see different personalities. What’s your favorite style of Photography?
Jernie : My favorite style of photography are artistic shots, even though my portfolio mainly consists of glamour & more urban content, I really like to see artistic shots they are a little more expressive.
Ja3mik3: What are your future aspirations?
Jernie : I have aspirations to become a published author, as well as a psychotherapist.
Ja3Mik3:Fasho Fasho, More hustles you have more money I respect that. What is the biggest misconception about you?
Jernie : I believe the biggest misconception of me is probably that I’m “just another girl trying to make a come up off my body& my looks,” that couldn’t be the furthest thing from the truth. Modeling is not by any means my career. It’s something I enjoy doing, so I do it. Nothing more, nothing less.
Ja3Mik3: What characteristics stand out to you in a guy?
Jernie : As far as guys go, the first thing that stands out to me is confidence. Of course this confidence has to be backed up when all is said and done, but initially that’s what generally captures my attention.
Ja3Mik3 :Tru Dat, What’s your ideal first date?
Jernie : My ideal first date should be full of surprises for me. I love spontaneity, so as long as we aren’t put in any immediate danger its fine with me. lol. We can save the traditional, dinner& a movie for later days, you know once the initial sparks are wearing off.
Ja3Mik3: Yea, Gotta keep it spontaneous, a routine relationship ends fast. What was the funniest thing a guy has said to you while approaching you?
Jernie : Honestly after awhile all the lines I hear start to sound like the same thing. From the basic “where yo man at baby?” to the random “I need you in my life, what I gotta do ma?” lol.. It never gets old
Ja3mik3 : What artist do you play to get prepped for a shoot?
Jernie : During my shoots, I usually listen to Nicki Minaj or Gucci & Wacka. I like to feel energized & playful..
Ja3Mik3 :Oh Lets do it (In My Wacka Flocka,) Ok, Now the ever popular, “What’s Really Good”?
I really like tattoos, especially in seductive places do you have any and where?
Jernie : I have three tattoos. I got my first tattoo when I was 15, it’s a pair of cherries & they’re on my waist, then I have one around my ankle, & my last tattoo was an old english D that’s on my shoulder. I’m from Detroit so I got it to make sure I represent my city everywhere I go.
Ja3mik3 : I feel that, special the D tattoo, I use to stay in Saginaw so I have made many trips to the D.
Lets Say, you are at a club and a guy buys you a drink. But you’re not really feeling him…. what do you do?
Jernie: If I was at a club and a guy that I wasn’t feeling bought me drink, I’d probably except while politely making it clear that “Im not interested” but thanks.
